According to Page Six , Hope and Autumn met Taylor Swift and her mother, Andrea Swift, before the show on August 17. Their mother, Sami Foster, shared photos of them together on TikTok the next day, using the lyrics of Cardigan to express her gratitude. The video has now attracted more than 400,000 views after two days of posting.

She wrote: “You drew stars around my scars (from the singer’s song). A huge thank you to Taylor Swift and her mom for giving us a magical night. Thank you for bringing pure happiness to Hope and Autumn last night and forever.” According to Foster’s TikTok , her children are Swifties and attended Taylor Swift’s concert in Liverpool in June.

People reported that Hope and Autumn were present at the attack on the dance and yoga class – where students were dancing to Taylor Swift’s music – on July 29. The media reported that the perpetrator was a 17-year-old boy who broke into the teaching facility, killed three girls, injured eight children and two adults. The young man was charged with murder, 10 counts of attempted murder, and possession of a weapon.
Taylor Swift reportedly sent gifts and balloons to the hospital victims after the incident. According to The Sun, the singer also contacted the families of the three children who died to express her condolences. This person said that the loss of the children left the artist with a lot of thoughts.
On her Instagram Story on July 30, Taylor Swift wrote a letter to those involved, expressing her shock at the news. “They were just kids in a dance class. I don’t know how to express my condolences to the victim’s family,” the post read.
